Digital Delivery
Foster Faith Studio products are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.
Accessing Files
Files are delivered through the purchase platform. Foster Faith Studio products are currently sold through Etsy, where customers can access eligible downloads after purchase according to Etsy's download process.
Refunds and Returns
Because digital files are instantly accessible or downloadable, digital purchases are generally not eligible for return or refund after delivery or download. Please contact support if you have trouble accessing your files, receive the wrong file, or experience a technical issue.
