Digital Product Refunds

For the prototype, no real payment is collected. In production, decide whether the Emergency Claim Protection Kit has a 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day refund window and state it clearly at checkout.

Non-Refundable Cases

You may choose to deny refunds for abuse, duplicate requests, chargeback fraud, or requests outside the stated refund window.
